Enhanced Agreement
1. Signature
A graphical representation of the signature is attached to the executed document.
2. Video agreement
Once the agreement is executed, a copy of the video agreement is attached to the PDF as proof of attribution.
3. Video signature
Once the agreement is executed, a copy of the video signature is attached to the PDF as proof of attribution.
4. SSL SHA2 Encryption
Is a fixed-lenght string of numbers and letters generated from a mathematical algorithm and the executed agreement. This generated string is unique to the file being hashed and is a one-way function - a computer hash cannot be reversed to find other files that may generate the same hash value.
5. Timestamp per document
Provided by an independent and trusted authority, mark a signature with the time and date as proof of integrity. It shows that any content submitted to timestamps existed at a point in time and are unchanged. Timestamps are powerful, secure and compliant with the RFC 31 61 TSA Server and Timestamp authority.

UETA, has been adopted by 47 states. NY, Washington and Illinois implemented similar statutes for e-signature validation.
